You don’t need to know about horses to help at PEACE………………..

PEACE Ranch uniquely combines structured programming and volunteer opportunities to create a therapeutic environment conducive to help, hope and healing for all involved. Volunteers are involved in all aspects of the organization and opportunities exist for all ages.

Volunteer orientation and trainings are held annually in the spring. Opportunities include (but are not limited to): involvement in therapy programs, horse care and equine rehabilitation, mentoring, community garden, grounds upkeep, administration and on the board and executive committee.

Hug and Groom

What: A chance to come help take care of the horses and the ranch
When: Tuesday and Friday 1-3pm
Who: Anybody interested in helping or learning about PEACE Ranch

Hug & Groom is our “gateway” program combining volunteerism and mentoring in a family friendly environment. Come out and help care for the horses and the ranch. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult and need a Liability Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian to participate. All participants must wear appropriate footwear.
